The Pool
The seasonal pool is open from mid-May through the end of September
The filter is in the pool house
There are also some inflatables inside and behind the pool house
Pool towels are in the outhouse, and in the kitchen by the side door
Pool dive toys in the dry sink cabinet in the kitchen
The Fire Pit
Build an outdoor fire in the fire pit. Grill over the coals
There’s firewood on the porch, and in the hedgerow.
The Arbor and Patio
The Farmhouse
The Farmhouse is an incredible piece of history in Tinicum.
Originally built as a hunting lodge in the early 1700s, the “new” addition was built in the 1770s and from then on, the property was used as a farm.
The Outhouse
The outhouse houses additional pool towels. It’s also serviceable as an outdoor toilet.
The Garage and Barn
The garage and the barn are currently off limits.
But you’ll find extra firewood in the shed on the South side of the garage.
Trash and recycling containers are stored in the open bay of the bard, at the entrance to the driveway.

Explore the fields and hedge rows.
Pick wildflowers, watch wildlife, take in the natural beauty.
